Moving to NYC soon for an entry level salary in IBD- what taxes can I expect to pay?

Just over 6 years in B4 financial services tax in PNW area. Mostly doing compliance work pumping out K1s and returns. Just got an industry offer at 155k 15% bonus and 100k equity (4year vesting). Fully remote position with occasional travel. Should I accept? I know it's a long shot but deep down I always had an ambition to pursue PA to see if I can make a partner. Please share your experience.

Some sites are saying the average is 60-80k, and others are saying 160k and higher. I am thinking of asking my employer for a cost of living raise. The employer is a massive, high multi-million dollar travel nursing company. The tricky part is that they already pay above market, but it doesn’t feel that way living in a state that is already so expensive to live in (think high taxes, rent/mortgage inflation/high gas prices/groceries). Unfortunately it also costs a LOT to move elsewhere…
