I am preparing for an interview with a mid-sized company. I have been through a lot of interviews before but I still get nervous every time. This is my first time going for a manager role and I don't know what to expect.

research the company, review the job description, practice your responses, be prepared to ask questions and take care of yourself prior to the interview

Hi there! You should focus on your communication and leadership skills. I think the questions will mostly revolve around these skills.

You'll be alright, OP. Do some research before the interview. Also, get a good sleep as much as possible.

It will be the same. Just make sure you were able to review the job description. Practice your possible responses as much as you can. You can do it!

Be confident. The company size doesn't really matter. Best of luck!

There's nothing to worry about, really. As long as you've done your research and practiced for the interview, then you're all set.

Don't be nervous, OP. As what you've said, you've had a lot of interviews already. Just trust yourself and be confident.
