Hello amazing people. I currently work in CA as a HH RN and planning on relocating to MI in couple months.
I’m not sure about the most efficient way to proceed. Is it best to start as a travel HH RN? Do I apply directly with an agency that offers relocation benefits?….I have over 15 YOE, what’s the pay like in MI?

My annual perf discussion is monday morning. I work on a tough team for a tough place. I think Im a pretty good/almost high performer but only around 3 years and my boss seems to still act like I’m brand new (lifer boomer). The EY partner from country x is very interested in having me join their team but not sure about my GDS partner because they will be losing billing and may not like it. Moving from a boutique (<30 employees, MBB competitor) to the strategy practice of a Big 4. Have only worked for boutiques in the past, so I’m expecting there to be some major differences in terms of working style.
