Hello! I am Bhargavi .I completed the Rolls-Royce Junior Data Scientist assessment (work culture and deductive reasoning). My assessment report looked very positive, but I haven't received any update. Many of my friends already got rejection emails. I also contacted the talent acquisition team and some employees but got no response. Has anyone gone through this process?

Split classes take away joy! We have 6-7 classes at each grade level and they split 1-2 into the remaining 5 so we can have a 5 day schedule. Big classes plus the classroom culture homeroom teachers work so hard to achieve are ruined. Advice? (Plus we are told to "not be negative" by admin.)

I have to admit that I wasn't terribly impressed by the virtual Co-Lo for Digital. The exception to that, though, was David's insightful comment that leadership knows and expects that many of us are struggling to come back from the pandemic, and it's okay to ask for help and or take a leave. Digital culture, and how we are real and take care of each other, is just AMAZING. That speech alone made me so proud to be here and turned around a lot of my negative thoughts.
