I did 5 rounds with a company. They said they’d get back to@me in 2 days but it’s been 4 and I haven’t heard. Should I ask? In experience whenever I’ve asked for feedback, it means I haven’t made it. So I want to hold off. But in how many days would you ask.
I think I did really well in all my interviews except the last 10 mins of my final interview. I hope the last 10 mins aren’t a deal breaker and they give credit to all my other effort which I worked for like crazy.

Unisys- 23 Lpa(fixed) ,LWD - 23 oct ,CCTC -14.5
Given number of interviews but no one are ready to give more than this even if I reach last rounds.
I am confused right now like should give some more interviews or join the unisys?

Is unisys good company to join and how about wlb and hikes in unisys?

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.

What should I do now?

I had a job interview for a role that I really want. The hiring manager scheduled me for an interview and did not show up. I left my job about a year ago to relocate, make sure it was the right decision and start a side business in the mean time.
