Is WFH really ever going to end? I see the benefits of in-person at times, but does it really out weigh remote? As an industry we’ve done it almost two years! How likely is it places that are going to tentatively be hybrid actually follow through?

HR opinion: Do I have any leverage as a hospital nurse case manager in negotiating earned time? Yet another friend/colleague got engaged this weekend. It’s become impossible to celebrate people’s relationships. I’m a POC woman and I’ve been single since coming to the US 10 yrs ago. A handful of men have been interested but they were not Christian or back in my country. So many childless, single women in my church and I’m terrified I’ll be them soon. My non-Christian family doesn’t understand why I’ll only date Christians, or the dating scene in big cities, so they put pressure on me

On the topic of intimacy with partners… I’ve been with my boyfriend for 2 years and the past year his libido has dropped to zero. Mostly due to work stress (he says). Whenever I try to initiate, he always shuts me down and says he’s not in the mood. I even touch him and he gets hard but stops me as soon as I try to unzip him. We went from once a week to maybe once a quarter.

I’ve talked to him about it and he says I should take care of myself. So frustrated. 😭😭
