I feel so undervalued at my job. I work my ass off and pick up other peoples slack, working above my level and still other people get higher praise. I don’t know what to do anymore. I want to give up.

I have an interview for a Principal Renewals Manager role at Slack/Salesforce this Wednesday and I was hoping for some advice on how I can wow them? Ive done a lot of research and made loads of notes but get very nervous in interviews and dont always articulate how I would want to / say everything I want to cover. Junior associate here, should I ask for more money if my firm is about 10-15 percent less hours but about 30 percent less pay? We live in Florida and currently have a Freshman in High School and a 16 month old. We hear from our friends and family with college bound children "I wish we would have done Florida PrePaid."
