I got an email from a recruiter at Google for a "Google Cloud technical solutions developer role". I'm currently a developer, on track to becoming a senior. I feel this role would technically set me back, but if the pay is good and the role is challenging enough, I don't really mind. I've looked on glassdoor, but the pay looks to be substantially lower than any role I've seen at Google and also a lot lower than I make right now. I'm not sure if it's updated. Does anyone have any advice?

I feel like I've been lowballed, can someone explain the below breakdown please?

Base salary: 60k
Quarterly quota (per quarter): 107k
Quarterly bonus (per annum): 23k
130% Annual bonus = 11.5k
"23% commission on quota minus base": 37k (don't understand this)
"Proposed 23% commission on 150% quota minus base": 86.5k
Sales commission threshold per month: 22k
OTE: 122k
Cost/Sales: 28%

That base salary is lower than my previous base by a significant amount by 32.7%

Just started at a bank - bonus cycle ends in October. My contract says I receive a prorated bonus. Do I not receive a separate fixed stub bonus?

I completed my first round interview with wipro. I belive I didn't perform well at interview and left interview in middle as my manager in current company ringing phone constantly . But suprisingly after a week I got call from recruiter stating 1st interview is cleared and there is a HR round without any L2 round. Hello all, I am a production manager for a sign design and manufacturing company.
