I got laid off because of covid and need to discuss the severance package with my ceo tomorrow. Company offers 6 months, I want more as it probably will take much longer to find a new job.
Any tips for a conversation like this? I’m normally a strong person related to my work but feel very uncomfortable and uncertain right now. He is a good talker and I’m afraid he will walk all over me.

I got an offer from teksystems India for hpe client. My question is what will happen if someday HPE don't want us to work for them anymore or maybe project development ends...so will teksystems move us to different client within 2 month (as they say) or will they fire us?
