Hey, My interview is scheduled next week with exl for the post of data analyst (python & Tableau) . I just wants to know how many rounds are in the interview process. And what kind of questions will be asked..And i already told them that I'm expecting a 100% hike which is 7 lakhs/Annum. Was that too much? Any help would be appreciated ThanksEXL Service

Bowl Leader
Yes
Yes that’s relatively high tbh
What company / city?
That’s very high. Senior Strat usually ends by 110-115
Yes, very high. That’s an associate director level salary.
I'd definitely say that that's fair compensation. In today's job market I'd take the job since you don't if you'll come across another offer like this again for awhile.
More than I’m getting paid
Yeah, I would say top end of associate level is 145… maybe 150.
Like over a decade ago I was a senior planner and I got 130 in 2012, but I was a VP who had worked in advertising for about 5 years. Also, that’s another sad reality…. The paybands have not gone up much except for junior and strat level positions (this was necessary because they used to be like 35k back in the day).
Seeing a senior planner with only 3 years experience getting 145k is a good sign but usually the biggest disparity is between the director , group director level, executive director level. The general pay bands haven’t really kept up with inflation though. What a Group Director made 10 years ago is not much more (if at all more) than what they make now.
Yes! That’s super high. Lucky to get a job and at that salary! I’m coming up on two years unemployed and interviewing for director roles at $150.
Did you take it or is it still available? 👀
