This happens to me about > 60% of the time when I reply to recruiters. Don't put much energy into it, they likely don't even remember you and have probably already moved a shortlist forward for consideration without you. You already followed up fishing for a response and didn't get it, more nudging is wasted effort.

My first introduction to business was as a recruiter for legal. It’s all about having your ‘quill’ full of potential candidates who are ready to make a move. It’s not about jobs— it’s about people and having the right people. The problem stems from the fact that there are not enough jobs out there to fill, so recruiters are stocking up on candidates until those jobs come along. So expect this to continue. When the jobs are there you’ll get called. It’s similar to playing gin, or poker. You’re collecting the right cards until you can make a winning hand. The recruiters are the players, the job seekers are the ‘hand’. See what happens when there’s an excess of jobs out there. Whatever you’ve read about the job market, it’s much worse than you think. They’re lying to us. In these times I would use my initiative to find the decision makers at the companies you want to work at. Make a plan and go for it. Use your God given creativity to get the attention you’re looking for. Recruiters aren’t going to save you in this market.

Most likely a chatbot or templated invite. Received many of these types of cold calls and never had a response from anyone, except to ask me to send them people their way. Basically doing their job for them. Annoying.
