I have 17 yoe in banking (operations, mortgage & loan servicing) 12 yrs was in my home country (PH) and 5 yrs in US. I wanted get into IB but Im not a sales type of person. im actually not good at Sales. I dont know where to start or what is the best career path for me in IB that does not involve sales. my experience is back or middle office . Where do I start? What certifications do I need to acquire? Any advice will help.

Team just applied for a TS Clearance (defense agency). Trying to assess if it makes sense to wait till the clearance comes through (6 months to a year?) before I job hop. I'm hoping to get some clarity on the following:
1. Can my company withdraw or cancel my clearance if I leave right after I secure a TS?
2. In terms of compensation, how much value (% compensation) does a TS clearance have in the DC area? Places I'm considering: AWS, Azure, GCP, Data bricks, Appian etc.
