I’m interviewing for final round of the entry level area manager position at Amazon. I’m working on multiple stories related to the leadership principles. Can anyone provide me some tips regarding the role?
There are 16 leadership principle and I’m thinking of creating some stories around each but the thing that concerns me is what if the questions they ask are related to the same principle and I might have already used up my stories. Something like that. Can anyone please help? Amazon

Buy a condo or duplex with no yard and minimal maintenance. But index funds are very safe and reliable investments, it seems to me you are trying to time the market which is a mistake, especially for long term investments
They are as volatile as the entire is economy, but I guess you could get safer with bonds? Certainly safer than real estate. And why would you have them if not for long term investing?

I’m in a similar situation, sort of. Am heavily invested but last few months I’ve been starting to build cash while also considering selling off positions simply to have the option of buying a place. But I also keep asking myself if I really want to own a house/condo. But I also don’t know what else to do and being like 2% cash right now also seems nutty. I’m just super aggressive in the markets but I have no idea what I’m building towards.
You can buy REITs (and indices like VNQ) for real-estate exposure, but they are not the same as owning a real estate.
