I have 20k to invest. Any recommendations on which ÀRK funds to go far. I am inclined to put in tech but will DCA in it. Which other ARK funds I can consider for lump sump. Planning to split in 4 funds of 5k each. Does that make sense. Any other better funds from other institutions

I have been on bench since I joined the firm 3 months ago. Now I have got project but still on bench. I have got mail regarding not raising snapshots because I was on bench so i didn't do anything except trainings and some learning. I don't have hours to raise snapshot for.

Can someone point me to some material where I can read about profit sharing vs 401k. I get the concept, but I am trying to understand is 10% profit sharing vested over 5 years better than an employee 401k match of 6%?
