I have 5.4 YOE, I asked for 8 lpa at Accenture and was offered, with 10 % of joining bonus. I have joined Accenture recently at Level 10. After joining , I came to know that Accenture has offered more than 10 lpa plus 30% joining bonus at level 11. What should I do to get CTC I Deserve ? How long it takes in Accenture to get a promotion? I need genuine suggestions.

Was recently offered a job in Hawaii that would be a much larger role than I currently have (deputy chief architect). The downside is the cost of living is nearly double my current location and I would only be getting a 40% pay increase. I am feeling lost in job. So I’ve applied for Accounts payable they offered 40k. I said why not to gain some experience. I didn’t even bother negotiating which I regret.
Fast forward I noticed that I was eventually handed everyone’s workload (AR & imports & duty and check coworker work + AP) Spoke to them about pay increase based on workload. So they raised it to 55k.. but I still feel underpaid based on the amt of work I do. I don’t know what my title or what to put on resume..
