I have 5.4 YOE, I asked for 8 lpa at Accenture and was offered, with 10 % of joining bonus. I have joined Accenture recently at Level 10. After joining , I came to know that Accenture has offered more than 10 lpa plus 30% joining bonus at level 11. What should I do to get CTC I Deserve ? How long it takes in Accenture to get a promotion? I need genuine suggestions.

Does anybody know how much it takes to receive Revised Offer letter from Mindtree ?
I had a discussion with the recruiter on 6th May and he agreed to send the revised offer letter, but I am still awaiting it. The recruiter is not receiving my calls, not replying to my sms and emails as well.
