1) I’m pretty sure you get a $500 voucher if you only use $200 flight credit. which can be applied to another future flight (check the expiration)
2) Can be any flight, I’m not sure on international but I don’t see why not
3) Yes, but the voucher can be used for another person. You would enter the voucher number when you checkout and pay the difference, if any
