1) if I use it to by a $200 flight, do I lose the other $500?
2) is it route locked or can be on any delta flight?
3) I’m assuming it’s locked to me only.

I recently accepted an offer and have onboarding coming up. Any idea how busy I’ll be in the evenings for those couple of days? What would be a typical salary for a junior in house counsel role (3 yoe) at a publicly traded company in a secondary market (think Austin, Tampa, Charlotte)? I’m having a really hard time finding what a reasonable range would be.
