I have a friend who just refers to everyone as they/them, that is it. Note he is straight and I think he thinks using they/them pronouns makes him progressive and supportive.

My brother is going through some really intense chemo so him and his wife are often recovering at their house for a week without going out.

Since they can’t take any visitors I would love to send them some sort of at home activity kit (wine tasting or anything!) to keep them busy during these lockdown weeks.

I grew up in a nuclear family away from extended relatives who were never really close. Parents were either emotionally unavailable or distant. All I've wanted for myself was a big loving family to call my own.. my parents are unaccepting of my sexuality & my partners family is also quite fucked up so she's isn't super close to them either.
