Asian men are not underrepresented in tech (at all)
There may be other factor that comes into play. Of course I’m not expecting a huge change right away but the effort should continue rather than diminish.
I believe that each workplace is different as far as who is and isn't represented. Creating a more diverse and inclusive workforce depends on looking at who is there first and actively trying to foster diversity among employees.
Yes I agree. I don’t expect 1-3 years for the whole company to be diverse. But in terms of leadership and manager, I think it is a good start. Employees will follow. Diversity should starts from the top down.
