I have a PharmD and have just completed an additional MsC in Business & Management. My long-term goal is to join an MBB but I didn't get the chance to go through the screening this year.

I am thinking of 2 options for now:

Join a "top 2" (O.Wyman, R.Berger, Kearney). It would allow me to develop a more generalist profile.

Join a specialised firm in LFS (LEK, ZS, CRA) to develop a strong expertise in LFS.

What would be most recognised by the MBBs in the long term?

Hi Folks, I am working in infy and planning to drop paper this week. As I don't have offer in hand but 90 days NP impacting to get new job. Also my compansation is not good as per exp. So that is the first reason and no new tech learning and project change happening with me. Also in last cycle they didn't give good rating bcoz i was asking for new project ..??

I was wanting to know if it’s possible to start a career as a Project Manager in the marketing/advertisement world? I have a few years of PM experience without the “official title” of Project manager. I am close to finishing my Grow with Google Project Management Program as I am now on course 6/6. I’m an Environmental Protection Specialist and make pretty good money for what I do. I just feel like I have more to offer than being a worker bee in a system at 25. So, I landed a Customer Service Advisor job at Sitel in the UK. But I heard that they fire you without any prior notice or end their campaigns abruptly, leaving us with no job.
