I have absconded my previous company (toxic startup) and started pursuing MCA. I had to abscond because they were planning to extend the notice period too much and It was impacting my college period. I don't have a pf account yet. Can I hide this company for applying to MNCs. What can be a valid reason to justify a one year gap? Or should I be honest?

During my interview process I clearly stated my salary expectations of 95k-105k. They came back with an offer at 80k. Is it even possible for us to come closer to a better agreement with them being so low? All other aspects of the job are in line with what I'm looking for, so I really want to make this work.

Currently going through some negations on an internal role. I’m currently at 88k and they offered me 100k for a position that requires a lot more work.
