Hey everyone! I’m considering an offer in the hardware group working on AR/VR products and the compensation is very heavily stock based so I wanted to get opinions on how risky do you think it is?

Especially curious how y’all felt when the stock fell more than 50% this year and did Meta do anything for the employees in order to make up for that huge loss?

I started interviewing early Oct with a company that reached out via recruiter. The hiring manager was very straight forward with me that I was his top candidate and I was told all other interviews were very positive incl CMO. The recruiter said they'd be making an offer but it's now been three weeks. Anyone else had the process drag on like this? I was interviewed for a major tech player in the hospitality industry, had 2 interviews which for the first one the recruiter was late, and didn't confirm the interview while I emaild her to make sure I do have an interview. When she attended she said that there was no point of responding my email as we are meeting anyway. Later on I had 2nd interview with the hiring manager. After 45 minutes she said they will let me know...

2 months later and I am still waiting...
