I have an interview with University at Buffalo for position security Incident Response Analyst. It is 3 hours long. They have a section called technical scenario use case discussion. Any idea what they would ask in that round?

Just got a job offer but they are only giving me until Monday afternoon to decide. I'm currently in process at several other firms and the recruiter said they can't/won't give extensions. How bad is it for me to accept and then decline if I get another offer? The other companies would be paying 15-30k more and I feel like that's way too much to give up especially right out of school. I think living a frugal life and aiming to retire early makes a lot of sense.

Recently, some of my family members are diagnosed with a rare diseases. When you look at the statistics, these are so many of these ‘rare’ conditions and cumulatively they are not rare.

These family members conditions made me reevaluate how I want to spend my life. I am 35 this year and I can’t decide if I should take great vacations with my kids or keep living a frugal life. Do you have the same dilemma?

My father took a home loan, and the same home is kept as mortgage.
I'm paying arround 22k emi for the same but unable to exempt tax as the loan is on my father's name.

I googled a lot how to transfer it but neither gift deed nor sale deed would work as the property is on mortgage that's under bank's ownership (until loan is fulfilled).
Tax is also getting deducted, I'm paying hefty emis.
What can I do?

Did a first interview with hr rep, went very well. she set up the hiring manager meeting for a few days later. Met with the manager. Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.
Why do you think the manager wants to meet again? Good? Bad? I felt great about the interview when we ended.

Now I'm being called for another position which I applied through the same recruiter before for the same group but different role. I've been an individual contributor for 4 years in Tech, have 8 years of experience total. I'm finding it difficult to make the management transition despite having management experience, performing beyond expectations, and having a genuine passion for enablement and development.

I'd appreciate any success stories or pointers you can offer in regards to this transition.
