Deloitte audit Vs. Grant Thornton Tax. I have an offer from Grant Thornton and From Deloitte as an Intern this summer. Deloitte is the bigger name and pays a bit better but Grant Thronton has way nicer people and known to have a way better cultre and work environment. What should I do? Where should I go?Deloitte Grant Thornton

I would reach out to your client and let them know your position. You likely have a good relationship with them already given the offer, so they’ll probably respond positively
Yes I do have a great relationship. I think they have realized that I am an attrition risk given the current trend. They don't do visa transfer generally and I am going to be an exception. I really appreciate that.

Don't decide on what to tell them when yet. It is easy to say "I'm honored that you want to hire me! I'd like to learn more so I can assess if this is the right next step for me. Can you provide a job description and compensation information by date X so I can look it over and get back to you by date Y?"
Why not just be honest with them now? See if they can pay you more than the new offer?
I don't want them to feel like I am pressuring them. I haven't even told my Acc MD about the offer I have accepted. I was planning to tell her after my visa transfer. I was thinking of telling client in confidence (I hope they don't inform my MD about it). May be I should stay quiet for now until I have the offer in hand from the client ?
NOW!!
Also ask them what they would offer, it might probably be better than the current offer. If not definitely ask more. Leverage that relationship. Since they know your work they most probably will agree. Happened to me.
Honesty is the best policy, especially when you already have a great fall back. Congrats!
