Don't go to EY. Not in good shape financially and not investing in training or people development.
^ours are notoriously low. Leadership even acknowledged this year bonuses would be lower than usual.
@EY2 about summed it up for you... It'll be a hot minute before this form makes top 100 companies to work for again.

What are bonuses at ey like ? Say for a senior consultant with 4 rating ?
I would avoid EY..
EY bonuses suck. Massive Partner exodus. Recommend looking at long-term earning potential, which is much higher at D.
You won't know your raise for a couple of months
Where will you be happier, and where do you have better career trajectory? Take the long view, and while a 15% hike would be nice, I recommend that it not be your primary criterion.

EY bonuses.... Put it this way I'm quitting before bonuses are distributed. Won't bother me either,leaving for a company that says if I start last week of June they will give me their full 27.5k bonus. EY won't touch that...
EY is not doing well as a firm. Wouldn't recommend until things pick up.
