I have an offer from PwC India, Risk advisory with approx 30% hike including joining bonus of around 20%. It's been 10 months in EY and I am not very happy with the work and the work life balance. I had a word with a couple of folks at PwC, and didn't get a very positive response. So what should I do, join PwC or stay at EY.

My boss who hired me understands what my degree is in so he uses me to design parts and write reports. The plant manager doesn’t know my skills so anytime I’m in the office working he calls me to the floor to do something the other techs can do. Should I have a talk with the boss about it?
