I have applied through several job sites for a Retail Merchandiser position with Hallmark, but I haven’t received one response. I think my age (73 years old) is jeopardizing my chance for employment. It’s interesting to see several articles and surveys emerging saying the initial bump in productivity from mass remote working has started to come down or even go negative as the novelty wears off and people start to get worn down from longer hours, the stresses of having kids at home full time, burn out from increased workloads, stress from the pandemic, etc. Curious to here people’s thoughts, do you think you’re less productive now than back around the April timeframe?

Made it to the on-site round for a Sales S&O interview. However, both of the interviewers are Managing Directors of Sales. I thought they would be other S&O managers. How would this affect interview questions (e.g would GCA case studies be sales focused?) how can I best prepare for this given a lack of a sales background.
