I have attended Infosys interview on 30th October and on 3rd November I received a mail to send the documents . After that I didn’t receive any call from HR and in the portal the status is review in progress. Is there any chance to get the call from HR and to receive the offer letter.

Question for yall. How likely is an offer once a company decides to do a reference check? I know I am in the final 2, from context clues in interviews. I just dont want to get my hopes up.

I went on mutiple round interviews with a firm. HR basically said they wanted a firm commitment after the 3rd round. I told them I was extremely interested and looking forward to seeing what the offer was but I couldn't speak in absolutes.

Then ghosted.

I assume continue to learn/gain ratings, but how often do you fly once you’ve reached that milestone, do you look to get you own aircraft (or share), volunteer etc? Looking to eventually take the plunge, but want to know what things look like beyond PPL.

Just had my discovery flight and I’ve been wanting to go for my PPL for a while, just not sure I can justify the 15k or so investment in my current financial situation. Would it be really bad to spread my lesson over a period of a few years?
