I have been with the company for almost a year and have applied for both the seals lead and store manager positions without success. Given my seven years of management experience and six years of wireless management experience, I believe I am not being fairly compensated and am considering leaving the company. However, I am aware that finding a managerial position, regardless of the industry, can be challenging. I would appreciate any advice or guidance you may have on this matter.
