I have bipolar disorder and GAD. Not sure how I fell into such a volatile field but know it’s not good for my anxiety or maintaining equilibrium. I’m a little over 40 now and am spent. I wonder if there is a less demanding environment that doesn’t suck the life out of me or the paycheck that I’ve become a bit spoiled by. Anyone ever pivot or take a step back?

I am extracting data which includes multiple combinations of these codes. What is the best way to show frequency of the codes against the category it is assigned to

I have a looming sense of self hatred. I take medication I workout and do all the things to feel good, but it’s just stuck there. Constantly thinking I’m trash, in a bad person, etc. Feeling guilty for things idek if I should feel guilty about. This is a privileged problem and I know it’s minuscule to compared to the actual struggles of so many people in the US and abroad.
