I have cleared the JAM, Tech 1, Belit and Versant test in delloite using for the Senior Analyst (Data Analytics) position. Last week, the tech 2 round was conducted and the same person who took my first round took my second round too and at the end of the interview he told me “ I will share my feedback to the Hr and they will communicate with you in a couple of days and Next will be AVP round”
When can I expect a mail from the HR regarding any updates of my candidature?

I got selected in LTI, the offered CTC is less than my current CTC, HR says they have budget constraints.

They were aware about my current CTC right from the first call.

I also shared the counter offer that I'm holding. (Offered CTC > Current CTC)
Switch won't make sense if I don't get the basic hike.

How can I convince them to revise my offer? YOE -3.2 yrs

I work in field sales as an IC. My aspirational career path is to end up in people leadership. Recently, an Inside management position opened up that’s been brought to my attention by the hiring director. Question is, is going back Inside the right move to get into started in leadership? Or should I continue down the field path and wait until those field management slots open up?

What can you do if you’re getting interviewed by the same person who didn’t choose you in the first place?
Context: I applied for a position a while back and got interviewed, but didn’t go to the next round. I found the same position open again a month later at a different location and applied. Almost immediately, I was called for an interview, but with the same interviewer. What does this mean? Is this going to get awkward?

Had a good phone interview on Monday, followed to that night with a thank you email (& some info he asked me to send over.) And... crickets. Do I wait another day to send another email? So antsy...

hello! I’m looking to get some insight to see if I’m being paid fairly for where I’m at in my career. I’ve worked at the same company for 2.5 years. This is my first job out of college. Present Package - 19.5L (fixed)
Variable - 10-15% (Would be pro rated to 8months)
Joining bonus - 1L
Not sure about variable payout but will have to let go off the joining bonus and hike for sure.
