I have experience in branding and social media. I am working with hospitality group and we have an in house interior design team that I collaborate with sometimes for branding purposes. I am starting to visualize myself growing in interior design, especially for restaurants. I am looking at certificates and I would like to take the NCIDQ exam.
Anyone have any advice on certifications or tips on how to navigate myself? I do believe interior design and branding can go hand and hand. Thank you🤍

Looking for advice! I was approved to work remotely but my salary will decrease 10%. I received two raises so the decrease brings me down to my previous salary. I was told that it’s due to the cost of labor in the area.

I left Audit at a midsize firm to join KPMG erp implementation consulting about 6 months ago. So far they seem to only want to staff me on projects with a heavy focus on technical accounting and audit. Spoke to a lot of others who have left and seems like being pigeonholed or staffed on projects not related to the actual core work of the practice is the common reason. - 90k from a heloc around prime
- 10k from a credit card that offers promo checks at 2-3% for 12-18 months
- 375k in a brokerage
