I’ve been interviewing for new positions to leave PA. But in my current position, we’ve been adding quite a few new projects (and our team is partner, two staff, and me) that will probably start over the next couple of months. I don’t think my boss has any idea I’m looking to leave - anything I should do to not feel guilty about potentially leaving them short staffed with a ton of work? Is this something you think about when looking to leave?

Mid-level associate at a mid-size regional insurance defense firm practicing coverage litigation. Salary is capped b/c my firm only does I.D./coverage and has no direct-hire comm clients. The combination of the 'W','X','Y' and 'Z' codes identity a specific trend
I am extracting data which includes multiple combinations of these codes. What is the best way to show frequency of the codes against the category it is assigned to

What %age of people in your firm do you like, tolerate, and hate?

Unbelievable how much time is spent making internal newsletters that people don’t even read. If we actually used half of that time to train folks maybe we wouldn’t be lacking so many tech skills.

Are there any good movies or novels that show skill development - like follow through? Self-management? Money management? I read a lot of self help books so I know a lot of the theory, and books peppered with examples help, but I feel like most 1 paragraph examples don’t five justice to how hard it may be to change a behavior.
