Hello Guys,
I Got one Offer from Fynd but that is too low for me and as per my expereince
They are giving me 9 LPA bcz I quoted that amount when I applied for it long back. at that time I didnt know more about how salary and all calculated and whats the market research
Now after clearing all the rounds when we meet for salary discussion i told him my real desired salary as per experience and market reseach
He told me that I quoted 9 LPA so we can not do more "unless you have any counter offer"

Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.

My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.

You can also ask some companies to speed up because you are close to receiving an offer. This is a very common request.
If you get an offer too early, you can ask them for more time to decide.
You should also try to align timelines of interviews to hopefully receive offers at about the same time. It may be too late to do this for the first offer, but could help for other offers.
If all else fails, signing an early offer and then reneging or quitting quickly is bad, but not world ending. Assume you will be blacklisted at that firm. Maybe take an early offer as a backup, but push the start date far enough into the future so you don't start work there and can reneg later if needed. Of course. Be careful with doing this, if at all. This is much harder with on campus recruiting because your university may punish you somehow.
And yes - all my start dates I have proposed to recruiters are beyond the date of my last interview for this very reason
Your university really should have prepared you better for this. Do not sign them all. Ask for time to consider all.
No! That’s just business that won’t be the assumption

Or just search "Job offer negotiation multiple" or words to that effect on YouTube. Far too much information to write in one fishbowl post.
Good luck with the interviews ☺️
Thank you! I watched this video, and will look for others, but she is solving a different problem. I know which offer I want to choose, the issue is that I haven’t interviewed with the companies to the top of my list yet. I don’t know how to handle the situation where a company I like less gives me an offer before I interview with the company I actually want. Do I just tell them to give me time to consider my options? I fear that will show they are my backup plan and they might retract the offer… and if I don’t end up getting one from the company I want, then I am fucked lol
What roles are you interviewing for?
strategy roles in Asia
Slow down. Multiple interviews =/= multiple offers. Keep your focus on actually getting those offers so as not to get ahead of yourself.
Man, of course, sorry if I sent the wrong message. I am not assuming I will get multiple offers at all!! I am just asking how I should handle the situation should it happen since I will get the first offer in a few days
