I have worked in M&A consulting in Pharma/ LS for around 3+ years post MBA. Late in life, but I am keen to pivot to pharma IB and open to an associate role (currently on way to be SM in June).
Any bankers here or those who may know of someone making a similar switch help with how to go about it.

I am getting only 7.5lpa inspite of getting "Strategic Impact" which is the highest reward category. I was supposed to get a skip level promotion which the HR had rejected for some reason.
