I have worked in the television broadcasting industry for the last 25 years. Now that I’m out I’m trying to get into other sales fields but I’m finding it’s very hard to get a call back because it’s like i’m pigeon holed into what I can do. Little do many realize that in my old industry I had to use my marketing skills to create campaigns and schedules to fit various different industries. Any suggestions on how to approach this differently because what i’m doing is not working.

What are the pros and cons of joining a Captive Organization for Salesforce ?

It is true that in service based consultings the learning curve will be better coz we'll get to work on a lot of projects compared to a captive organisation ?
