Can they ask me to leave immediately without notice period or will I be asked to serve 3 month NP? What if I want to serve 3 month NP? Can they deny me that? I am in Data team and have been assigned a project. My client id creation and onboarding is in progress right now.
Please advise. I need the 3 month NP pay even if I am asked to leave immediately without serving NP.

I have 5 YOE in Analytics... always thought I wanted to be a DS, but every job (even the junior ones) required experience in ML development. Though I am part of the ML project, I'm not the person develop the model. And I have a hard time when the interviewer ask about how I develop the model and what hyperparameters I tuned.
