I just gave an interview in industry, internal audit function and it went well. This was the final round . 🤞 but now I am absolutely not motivated to do my current role. How do people do this? Cant wait to hear back the results and be finally in a position to make a decision.

1.I had two offers one is with Cognizant with 11.55LPA fixed + 45,000 variable pay. I was offered L1 position(designation - Associate).
- Only day shifts(no rotational weekoff's) + I get afternoon shift allowance around 5k per month.
-As per the Manager mention it's mostly WFH we need to come to office at least one month in every 6months(duration).

2.HCL offered L2 position with 10LPA(Around 1.5 Variable pay is included)
-No shift allowance
-Rotational shifts including night

Just over 6 years in B4 financial services tax in PNW area. Mostly doing compliance work pumping out K1s and returns. Just got an industry offer at 155k 15% bonus and 100k equity (4year vesting). So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. A friend of mine from a top tier consulting firm was counseled out. Do you consider it ethical that his career counselor is intentially spreading the information to his colleagues and to other consultants from other companies in the project? What can he do about it? Specially that he considers the potential layoff is purely based on the current situation (chargeability was low) and not on his performance (they said that his contribution to BD during his bench time was low)?
