I just recently moved to the intelligent automation practice within my firm and really enjoy the topic of intelligent automation but I do not see many exit opportunities or long term career paths. Would this be a good field to stay in long term? Any career paths that I can pivot to where the topics/skills will transfer over? Anyone's firm hiring in LA?

After you are stealth laid off, other than job search, what do you do? I assume they won’t give you work and even if they do, you can politely decline? How do you feel about you are not progressing anymore and seeing other people progressing in their career? I have no intention to make partner, but still feel a bit stuck not doing that much.

What have you found most helpful in training up a very green junior brand planner or junior strategist? Any particular trainings or resources that are great at teaching foundational skills? I’ll be pulling them into projects and teaching through doing but I need some assistance in building up their core skills/training the strategy muscle.

What’s the going rate for a commercial senior underwriting role and what companies have you found to be most enjoyable with a solid work life balance? Personally love where I’m at, but curious to see what else is out there.

I joined 6 months ago as a L5 manager. I like my team but don't enjoy the work. I also feel I was down levelled at the time of joining. Should I wait 6 months and move internally? How easy is internal mobility especially if I were to target a L6 role? Would applying outside be wise ?

Any particular segment of sales good for ex-finance?
