I got an offer from an agentic voice start up to lead their Forward Deployed Engineering team with a base of 235k, 30% target bonus, and 0.2% equity in stock options. Is it a huge career mistake to abandon the “partner track” and take this even if it may be a more risky but perhaps more interesting too?

Finally started to get some help for it through medication, however the first 3 meds my PCP prescribed me (ssris) didn’t work. Because I haven’t deal with the anxiety it’s gotten really bad.
