I was in the final stages of an interview with Microsoft two weeks ago, in partner marketing. Then the recruiter told me they were putting the hiring process on hold to assess the need for the role. Well, then we heard about Microsoft layoffs last week. Seems like most were in Xbox and Project Alpha but there’s not a lot of information out there. Should I hold out any hope that I’m going to get this job? Any insights on how much these layoffs have impacted the marketing org and/or new hiring?
Hi all,
I joined KPMG around 3 months ago but I am not getting work here. Although, I qualified some project's interview, yet due to some internal reason, they considered someone else, and I again came on bench.
I am unable to figure out what can be done now.
Should I start searching work outside.
(I hardly see any job openings these days)

How's the resource management here?
(do they lagOff?)
Any inputs will be helpful.
Thanks!

You could use a CRM tool such as HubSpot or SalesForce.
Our team uses Vitally as our CS software to keep us organized. Here we can keep notes on each account, see upcoming renewals, create automatic emails to fire based on reveal date to book calls and so much more. If your team isn’t using a tool like this already then I’d definitely start there! There are a few out there that all do pretty much the same thing
Is your Outreach connected to Salesforce? Are you using any of the Outreach plugins for your email or ad hoc scheduling? If so, you can likely capture most, if not all, of this in Salesforce. It would primarily depend on how your org has things set up. If you have someone who knows Salesforce really well or are able to chat with your admin, they may be able to help you create a report or dashboard fairly easily if the data is connected.
