Hi all, Recently i interviewed at Adobe for the post of computer scientist, Noida location. Had 5 technical rounds, but after that i didnt get any further response. One of HR called me and asked me to wait for a day or 2 last week, she gave me the reason that there are some issues going on in company. It's been 2 weeks now and i haven't got any response from them, i have been following up on mail and call, but there is no response either. What could be the reason ?? Any adobe folk out there ??

are you tailoring your resume for each job you apply for? Have you used ATS sites to confirm your resume matches what they are looking for?
Mostly, yes.
And no I haven’t used ATS sites! Didn’t know that was an option. This was very helpful, thank you!
Have you had anyone review your resume? If that's the first thing they see about you maybe there's something missing there.

Outside of applying what are you doing to get noticed?
If you were a hiring manager, what would you want to see in someone trying to break into your field?
Up to this point, I’ve haven’t done anything else besides applying. I’ve always had a referral and haven’t been through this process before.
Not really sure what my options are as far as getting noticed. I’ve heard of people reaching out to hiring managers on LinkedIn but I thought that sounded a bit aggressive. I don’t even know how I would go about finding that information…
