I need some advice.

I have an offer from S&P Global, Gurgaon. I have 11 years of experience, but the CTC they’ve offered is lower than what I currently earn. The in-hand salary would also be ₹10–15K less per month.

My concern is that I don’t see any growth or new opportunities in my current organization, and I really want to work on newer technologies and upskill myself.

What should I do — choose the better brand and tech exposure, or stay for the higher pay?

You should avoid if you already are in any reputed mnc. As what's the guarantee you will get your desired role, you can continue upskilling in current company also

My current org is an mnc but they r actually not a tech firm. I m the only dev on the project and few r contractors, I m currently working on.That is their in house project. But the org I have offer has good tech team and opportunity to work on cloud and latest tool and techs.

You can look for a better offer which pays you more I guess, rather than joining at a lower pay in S&P

Sud I negotiate in my current org ?
