My realtor has been telling me the same thing and I echo the sentiments of most here - you can’t time the market and we don’t know how accurate that is. They may or may not.
How accurate is a future prediction?? What?
The fed seems to be saying they will continue to raise rates so not sure why mortgage rates would go down but I’m no expert.
Every article i looked at says the same thing. Mortgage companies i spoke to says the same thing. I think directionally it will trend lower

You could also post a thousand articles about how the recession is going to happen next month over the past decade. Rates might go down. The maybe go sideways. They might go up.
