I recently gave HR a target salary for the consultant level as I felt I was a high performing consultant and wanted to be paid near the top of the pay band. I just found out they promoted me to manager. How do I unbox myself from my previously stated number? Is there anyway? Or am I now stuck as a manager making top consultant money?

I am feeling lost in job. So I’ve applied for Accounts payable they offered 40k. I said why not to gain some experience. I didn’t even bother negotiating which I regret.
Fast forward I noticed that I was eventually handed everyone’s workload (AR & imports & duty and check coworker work + AP) Spoke to them about pay increase based on workload. So they raised it to 55k.. but I still feel underpaid based on the amt of work I do. I don’t know what my title or what to put on resume..
