Hello RSM coworkers! I am thrilled to be moving to RSM into a Scheduler roll. I just found out yesterday and want to be as prepared as possible in the next steps.
So here are my questions.
How long does the background study take? I'm guessing admin staff have a study that is faster and less complicated than someone in Tax ect.
When training at home what did you need that wasn't supplied by RSM? My home office is well stocked but I want to be as prepared as possible.
Thanks in advance!

Please evaluate this initial offer for Apple ICT3. I think I was low balled, but I want to take more opinions. Currently Sr. MTS at VMware, received Apple ICT3. I was expecting to get to ICT4 but seems like team thinks upper end of ICT3 is more apt. Also, I think it is because I don’t have any counter offers yet.

Just ask your recruiter
I agree with the two others, that you should reach out to HR.
I had a situation where I had a verbal offer with accompanying email confirmation, but not an official written offer. I was supposed to start work in two weeks and needed to give notice. I didn't feel comfortable resigning from my old job until I had something official so I contact HR about my concerns. They were very understanding, they pushed back my start date (so I could give proper notice) AND expedited my offer letter.
Consider reaching back out for a timeline. Hard to say since we are entering the holiday season. Probably a lot of people out so that can make the process slower. In general it seems like these companies move super slow anymore. Took me months of back and forth to get where I am now this year.
Hopefully you haven't left your job yet, I have heard some horror stories of people getting verbal offers that haven't led to legit offers. I don't want to freak you out, but I just hope that this doesn't mean anything bad for you. Follow up on Monday and see if you can get some timeline from them.
Its more common than you think. It has happened to me more than once over my career.
Did you end the last interview or talk about the next steps and timelines? What did they say ?
I would definitely recommend reaching back out to your recruiter or even the manager to inquire about when you should receive your offer letter. You definitely should have gotten it by now unless there was some kind of hang up on their end.
Did you ever get someone to reach out ? I’m currently going through this with them .
