I go back to work tomorrow from maternity leave 😣 prior to having my baby work was the center of my life (I know, prob not the best setup) but over leave my priorities obviously shifted and I no longer want to subscribe to the hustle culture. How do I set those expectations when I start back? I’m obviously going to give my all during work which is still more output than most but that may look different than before. Hi! I’ve been a voluntary benefits agent with a few different carriers for 5 1/2 years. I’m currently the AE for 75+ accounts. I am completely burnt out on prospecting for new groups and wish to transition into a career without sales quotas. Could be in insurance or another industry. I recently received an offer from a big 4 company. I am very happy with where I am currently working. I’m unsure if I should take it. I feel valued at my firm and I am not micromanaged. There are many benefits to staying however, it’s a big 4.. feels like a sin to turn it down.

In the salary structure, i came across two components like gratuity like some 20k per annum and allocation bonus which is variable 9.5% of my fixed.
I have 3 questions,
Will I get the total variable amount in Nagarro or not.?

Advice needed: Current project leadership is planning resources for next phase of project. They are putting the same person in charge of a very major Workstream that they have managed badly this far. You’ve had to bail out that Workstream to the detriment of your own workload. Next phase of work is going to be more difficult. What would you do?
