I scheduled paycheck allocations to amount to the 401k contribution limit ($19.5k) but got laid off in July so now I'm only at ~$10k...is there anything else I can do to max out in this area? Help - how do I fight claims by scammer healthcare providers?

I recently went to 2 different providers.

Dentist, made appt via Zocdoc to see a dentist that was in network. Another dentist at the location saw me instead who was out of network. I have text evidence they said it would be covered before visit. Claim was denied - asking for ~500 dollars.

Saw a specialist who’s office staff verified my insurance would fully cover the claim. Get the claim, says they are out of network. Owe 600.

Sign-on Bonuses, is it typical for a company to ask for a re-payment agreement? i.e. 100% if leave/fired within 12 months, 50% if leave/fired within 24 months?

@PWC is worst company for freshers. They are force innocents to resign by themselves and threating then to not to mail anyone and not share this context to anyone worst company, if layoff means ok removing and threatening to not to disclose to anyone means the have lost every single moral. Don't fall trap in the brand name @PWC.
