To All Men - I gave interview in beard, still got selected.
Also, to put things in perspective, ladies get their hair coloured. They apply nail paint and do all kind of make up while coming to office, also they wear earrings n all, still no one stops them. So, why ladies should have all the fun? Break out of this glass ceiling created only for men. Grow beard, wear earrings ...no need to ask for permission man! ✌️

I am from Bangalore location.
I directly said to client that I can't since I have my family here.
When I inform this to my manager he is saying how come u say like this to client.according to kpmg policy u need to travel to anywhere to work.
This is not good right. What should be my reply to the client in such a case and how to handle manager on this?
