I have another offer with LTI, Coimbatore for same salary but i prefer CTS more than LNT. Cognizant Larsen & Toubro Infotech

I think you can say exactly that. You were told you would be transitioning to marketing and you've been anticipating that. You would like that to be your primary focus moving forward. What they decide to do with that information is out of your hands, I guess.
Don't be so fine if they fire you. It's incredibly hard to get the next job.
It sounds like things are fairly chaotic, so it probably does make sense for you to have an honest conversation with your manager. Try to find out if there's a timeline they've got in mind, or if they're just skating along on the chaos. Perhaps you can suggest a timeline to make the transition you've got in mind.

Do you have the original commitment in writing? I would start with documenting what you have, and then voicing that feedback to your manager. Position it as a way for you to grow, vs a complaint
I would try to get more information from your manager on whether they have an updated, clearer timeline for the transition. Are they hoping you'll continue performing both jobs? Are they planning to replace any of those salespeople? Marketing and Sales are distinct jobs with different skillsets, but many companies act as if they are the same.
