I started at the beginning of May at a new company as an Account Executive (3 long years as a AAE at my old company) - I was onboarded for two months and then my boss, who I LOVE left for maternity leave for 4 months. My next direct report was in a VP/Director role so wasn’t as close to the things I was doing and I had to learn a lot on my own and problem solve 24/7. It’s now November and was wondering when it would be appropriate to bring up the conversation of a Senior Account Executive role?

I have 6 years of CS experience & a Masters degree but I am having no luck with landing a CSM position within the 6figure range, it’s seems like these companies are not even looking at my resume.
